Our note Ronald, the owner, excitedly shared that he just roasted this batch the night before. The conversation actually happened because I saw that they had bags of greens and wanted to buy some back for Jerry. He also shared that they processed this themselves, at a greenhouse just next to one of their family owned cottages (Tabo Cottage).
